1. Who we are

Snap2Domain is operated by KaalmoConnect Ltd (CRO number 812097), registered at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
• Usage data: domain names you check, your AI check history and scores, your wishlist, portfolio and project data, and usage counters for your subscription tier.
• Payment data: processed and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service: run AI checks, enforce tier limits, save and sync your wishlist, portfolio and projects.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send in-app notifications, including alerts when a wishlisted domain appears to become available.
• To produce anonymised, aggregated statistics (such as the Trending Domains leaderboard), which never identify individual users.

4. Where data is stored

Your data is stored in our database hosted on Supabase infrastructure. Data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after account deletion, after which it is removed, except where a longer retention is required by law (for example, billing records).

5. Third parties

• Stripe — processes subscription payments. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
• Google (Gemini) — provides AI scoring and analysis. Domain names and descriptions you submit for checking may be sent to this provider for analysis.
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Request a portable copy of your data;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
