1. The service

Snap2Domain ("the service"), operated by KaalmoConnect Ltd, provides AI-powered domain name scoring and appraisal, domain availability checking, and wishlist and portfolio tracking tools. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Brandability scores, resale appraisals, category tags, taglines and availability results are estimates and indications only — they are not guarantees of value, accuracy or future availability.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at support@snap2domain.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The service offers five tiers: Free, Starter (€4.99/month), Pro (€12.99/month), Power (€29.99/month) and Elite (€50/month). Each tier carries a monthly allowance of AI checks; saving domains to your wishlist or portfolio is unlimited on all tiers.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis, processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a period already paid.
• The Free tier requires no payment card.
• AI check allowances reset on a rolling 30-day cycle from your period start date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Script, automate or otherwise bulk-run checks to circumvent your tier's AI check limits;
• Scrape the Trending Domains leaderboard or any other part of the service;
• Resell, republish or commercially redistribute data pulled from the service;
• Use the service in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with its operation.

5. Availability data disclaimer

Availability results are derived from public WHOIS, RDAP and DNS registry data. That data may be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed. A domain shown as "available" may be registered by someone else between the moment of your check and any purchase attempt. KaalmoConnect Ltd accepts no responsibility for domains registered by third parties in that interval. Always confirm availability with your registrar before relying on a result.

6. AI content disclaimer

Brandability scores, resale valuations, category tags, taglines, pros/cons and summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and are estimates only. They are not financial, investment, legal or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Domain investment decisions are made entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of KaalmoConnect Ltd to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost domains or lost data.

8. Termination

KaalmoConnect Ltd may suspend or terminate your account at any time for abuse of the service, breach of these terms, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@snap2domain.com.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
